BeiaHaus (“BeiaHaus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private beauty studio located at 108 SW 9th St Ste 12, Miami, Florida 33130. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit beiahaus.com, book an appointment, or opt in to receive SMS messages. It is written to meet TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC campaign review requirements used by GoHighLevel and U.S. wireless carriers.
Information we collect
When you request an appointment or opt in to SMS, we collect information through our booking form, including:
- Phone number (required to send messages you consent to)
- First and last name (used to personalize booking and messages)
- Email address (appointment and account communications)
- Preferred language
- Service requested, preferred date and time, and any notes you provide
- Time zone, as captured by our booking platform
- Records of SMS consent, including timestamp, form URL, and IP address
This information is collected to deliver the services and messages you requested, to confirm appointments, and to keep a record of your consent. We retain it for as long as you remain a client or opted in, plus a reasonable period afterward to answer support requests or meet legal record-keeping requirements.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- To send SMS you have opted into (appointment texts and/or marketing texts)
- To respond to inquiries by email, Instagram, or phone
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and studio operations
- To comply with law, carrier rules, and A2P 10DLC program requirements
SMS and mobile information
BeiaHaus operates an SMS program for (1) non-marketing messages about appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling, and (2) optional marketing messages about studio news, offers, and seasonal services. Consent for each is collected separately. Checking an SMS box is not required to book or to receive studio services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and will not receive further SMS from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@beiahaus.com. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the BeiaHaus SMS program.
Service providers
We use GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) as our CRM, booking, and messaging platform, and wireless carriers / messaging aggregators to deliver SMS. These processors may handle your information only to provide services to us. They are not permitted to use your mobile number or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.
Data security
We protect user information through encryption in transit (TLS / HTTPS) between your device, our website, and our service providers; access controls limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis; and secure processors including GoHighLevel. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client information with care appropriate to a private studio.
Cookies and website data
Our site may use essential cookies or similar technology to operate the booking experience. We do not sell personal information. If we later use advertising pixels, we will update this policy and any required disclosures.
Your choices
- SMS: reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help
- Email: ask us at hello@beiahaus.com to update or delete your contact record where we are not required to keep it
- Appointments: use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation, subject to our 24-hour policy
Children
BeiaHaus services and SMS are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
