These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of beiahaus.com, our booking experience, and in-studio services at BeiaHaus, 108 SW 9th St Ste 12, Miami, Florida 33130. By booking, visiting, or opting in to SMS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The studio
BeiaHaus is a private beauty studio. Services are by appointment only. Prices shown are starting prices and may change based on hair length, density, condition, and the work required. The final price is confirmed before your visit.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at our discretion.
BeiaHaus SMS Alerts Program
BeiaHaus SMS Alerts Program — If you opt in, you may receive (1) non-marketing texts about appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and related studio communications, and/or (2) marketing texts about offers, seasonal services, and studio news. These are separate consents. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or booking services.
Opt-out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeiaHaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, booking tools, or SMS program. Our total liability related to a visit will not exceed the amount you paid for that appointment.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
